There is always that one person that complains when things change.  Take Facebook for example.  Purists complained since the “is” was dropped from status updates.  The new profile was more reason for complain. Ok, I get it: it takes all of us quite a while to get adjusted to new formats and habits. But what if we could make these changes work to our advantage?
